If we end up with a hung parliament on 6th May, and Nick Clegg has a choice of working with the Tories or Labour, I wonder if Cameron really thinks this will endear him to a suddenly powerful Lib Dem leader. The New Statesman thinks his director of communications Andy Coulson sure thinks so.

What happened to this Nick Clegg clone from just the other day? Are the Tories actually melting down?
